We are ready to begin our next fundraising opportunity with our Walk Around Mars Campaign. This Virtual Walk will allow anyone, whether they live in Mars, have friends and family in the community, or are an Alumni who may live anywhere in the world, to participate. Everyone in the family can join in the fun!

Our program is Two-fold: One, we are raising money for our Foundation to provide Teacher Grants to enhance the learning opportunities of all of the students in the Mars Area School District and to continue facilitating the management, selection process, and awarding of a number of Scholarships for students to continue their education beyond their Mars experience. Two, we want to walk "Around the Planet Mars"....one lap around the planet is 13,263 Miles. That's a daunting task for anyone, but not for us as a community. If we get 500 people to walk 26.5 miles during our 3 week event we will accomplish that goal of Virtually walking around the Planet Mars.

Important dates to remember:

Registration begins February 15 and runs through March 15.
T-Shirts and Swag can be picked up on April 12 and 13 from 4:30 -7 pm at the High School cafeteria.
Miles walked and logged between April 16 and May 6 will count towards our goal of walking around Mars. We will have some fun contests and challenges amongst the schools.
